Clay Spade

These clay spades are 16” in under the collar length and have a 5.625” wide blade. They are made with a 1-1/8" x 6” hex shank. Clay Spades are effective at breaking through rocky soil and through hard ground to get below the frost line. They are often used for utility work and installation of in-ground swimming pools.
